"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbour, catch the trade winds in your sails.

Explore. Dream. Discover."

Saturday in Seoul

**This post was written last week  (25th), but I just got around to finishing it...

Well, once again, we've fallen behind in the blogging world... Korea has been busy! It hasn't been very exciting but we've been very busy with very little exciting news to report! However, it is only 47 days until we leave Korea and it's amazing how quickly it is going by!

This past weekend we got the chance to meet up with some friends from King's who are currently teaching in Japan and came to Korea for their vacation. We had such an AWESOME day with them!

We started off with heading over to the electronics market, Yongsan. Brian was in heaven! It was video games galore! Somewhere, by a miracle, we escaped there with not a single purchase! From the electronics market we headed to an artsy area of town by one of the big universities and checked out a student craft market. A perfect place to get some souvenirs and listen to some cool music!

From there we made an attempt to find the olympic park and an elusive bike rental shop along the Han River... After getting lost for about an hour, we FINALLY found our destination and went for a bike ride on some tandem bikes. It was tons of fun, especially when you only had to do half the pedaling!

After the bike ride we headed out to dinner for some delicious Korean bbq and to introduce our friends to Soju. It ended up being an awesome night with friends. We got back to Cheongju late (and with an expensive cab fare!) but it was completely worth it! I was really bad remembering to take pictures so here are the measly few I was able to capture!

While we waited for Kailem and Courtenay we checked out a little park for the G20 summit
